I using Unifi since 2013. More than a year, and my standard tm router, L7 working fine although i open it 24/7. Unifi quite good for me. I even can get full 5 bar even i were 10 m far than my house.

Since L7 cannot be flash using custom firmware, the best way is use thord party router that supports unifi such as TPlink and Asus. I also not sure why so many bad reviews for L7 router since it works fine for me and my firmware version is 1.07TM

buy new router that supports custom firmware and unifi.

Can show the new unifi router which comes with internal anthena@no external antena.

i think its Innacom brand. Correct me if i were wrong.

For now its unlimited@no cap. Maybe in future TM will introduce the cap according to the brochure.

Dear Unifi users, as i concern when following from thread 17 until current thread, some people mention that the usb port on unifi router can be used for charge handpnone, connect external hdd and can do printer sharing thing. My question is, why my L7 router's usb port cannot be used although the router's signal is strong for me.?

lol. i ask do the usb is usable. Most of the forumers says the signal of L7 is weak. But with its 5dBi antena is strong for me and i can get 5 full bar although i live on 3 story house. The modem is at hall (first floor) and my room at 3rd floor. The question is, when i connect my external hardisk or usb cable to charge my hp, why cant the port works? means there is no respons when i connect my ext hdd and us cable to charge my hp.

Just buy this and enjoy wifi net surfing. But im not sure do unifi router support custom anthena or not.
