Actually I think TM is desperate for sales. This offer have been available a few times at least for a year or so. I saw the ad before.They call me up last year for upgrade to VIP10 offer, I say no at that time. A few days ago, they call again, I agree this time. After resetting router, speed test confirm VIP10 !
