Actually last month when unifi staff called me to switch to unifi (had been using streamyx for about 10 years), I said I wanted the rm179 package. That guy said this promotion is available for existing unifi users only and advised me to apply for unifi vip 5 first. He said he'd put my name in the list and promised me that I'd receive call to upgrade to vip 10 for rm179 after few weeks. Am I being cheated?

Just want to update you guys. Finally my call was received by an agent who was willing to upgrade for me the rm179 package. But she said I have to wait 1-2 days for it to be activated. Is that normal? Bro Ryk, keep calling them. Don't give up.

I think only some senior agents know the procedure becoz once I overheard the agent (maybe new guy) asking another agent (maybe another new guy too). If they're not sure, they don't approve.
