Yup! As u exit Silk to go into Lekas, there's a left turning to Semenyih. Take this left turning and go straight till Petronas, turn left immediately after Petronas and immediately turn right again. EMSO is at the front row of the shoplots, fronting Jln Semenyih.

No la. I get intermediate only. I hope for end lot with max 10-15 ft only, those 20" or more unit, I cant swallow it.

My cousin get 22x70 intermediate under his own name, thinking to share a small portion too. See how, bcz we trying to hold long for this and not looking to sell within 5-6 years.

Another cousin end up put on waiting list for one of few 24x75 super end lot or corner lot. His chances are slim bcz only wanted good unit and corner / end lot not facing West.

anyone know for down payment 10% we can use card for 0% 36mths installment, which bank isit ?

One SA told me Maybank and CIMB, but another told me Maybank and Alliance....

bbw... You are right. Typical developer can finish such terrace in about 15-18 months. Standard non stratified terrace is 24 months hile stratified is 36 months.

I hope they can take their time to execute it better and let the landscape and amenities to mature first.... Take full 3 years.

As of now, landscaping team has allready been working at site. Those sloppy area, lake side, shoulder of the roads, dividers, etc. are not work in progress.

Based on Ecosky, I know Alliance and Maybanl are usual suspects. Not sure CIMB.
