586k and 591k are correct. Face lake and south are RM621k...

Wahhh RM 621k, about close to 5% premium.

Hmm, if hold for more than 5 years, I think do able.

If got this unit, I also want but very limited.

TKJ - Ideally I dont want the fence. It will be nicer. But practically, we need the fence. Why?

1. Maintenance of the lake will be handled by developer till they hand over to MPKJ. In Setia Alam, despite handling over to MBSA, they still manage the Central Park and Western Lake to certain extent. Thus, the place will be well kept (InsyaAllah).

2. With such fencing or boundary line, the maintenance cost of Cradleton can be capped slightly lower rather than having the need to take care of the lake plus gazebo.

3. Without the fence, maybe got wild animal creep out from the lake such as monitor lizard from the ex palm tree estate, buaya (from nearby schools or colleges), and other hamsaplou..... (note - Item 3 is not a fact...it is a joke).

Having lake view, in a way, the view is unblocks, perhaps no cars simply park infront, more privacy of not facing any opposite houses (but cant stop anyone from using binocular to spy at TKJ marterbedroom), etc....

I personally think lake view unit is very nice. Imagine look down the lake from your master bedroom balcony. But lake view unit is limited edition...

Yes, I oso cannot disagree that house facing house is having less privacy, so lake view units pun ada pro n cons la, depending on your preference lo. icon_rolleyes.gif

To me pay RM601k for south facing terrace, I will ANYTIME pop another 20k to buy a lake cum south facing.... You see, 3-4 years down the road, if you suddenly feel like getting a lake cum south view, you cant pay extra 30K for that liao... Habis unless you buy subsale at different price.

Open window see water....cinya soong lerh... tongue.gif
