Dunno bro, I think it is mentioned in the model master plan inside welcome center, if got time will go there have a look and confirm for you...

The STP may be an issue, read online that the odors emitted are acidic and bad for health in the long term.
Also when the machines breakdown or raining then the odor gets worse...
How much will the terraces be affected?
