for 22x75 n 24x75 There wont be any fencing at the back, straight open the door and the 15 feet land is some kinda small park, which is linked straight to a larger park.. haha

Yeah I knew that..that is why I described conventional back.

I will think 15' clearance should be okie considering no external extension will be allowed in stratified project.

Yeah, deliverable is very very important.

Back to the topic of importance of strata-title GnG, such development can prohibit owners to do changes to the facade as they like. If one fails to complies, the case may be hauled up to court. I have witnessed such incident myself.

Tankor...as you know I can't take photos, I only can memorise briefly. I think the two smaller ones 32x70 and 32x75 are having that. I am not surprise the other two biggies are haing the same. And typically one or max two toilet. May not be for all toilets....

This happen not due to space constraint but facade adjustment, to suit the theme I.e. Timeless design.

22 x 70 and 22 x 75 will not fully extended, means the house is shorter, but will have 3 feet barrier between the backdoor and landscape, no?

It's like a walkway I presume, coz either backyard and side yard between 2 blocks, it will be landscape design. Only walkways, means no cars can pass through...
