The STP in Setia Alam probably operating for last 8 years. Never heard of anyone complain. Have you?

Back to the STP location and the concerns.....

The STP for entire township gonna be here. It is sized accordingly to the low densities of EM. THey normally do that except those cut and paste developers. I have seen that myself during my consulting days. From the attached masterplan, please look at the red ring at the top left corner of Cradleton. That is the location of the STP.

I am very comfortable with that location. Why I said that?

1. there is enough green to block the STP from the view of that block/column
2. the distance is pretty adequate...let say 50 meter or so...
3. reportedly, it is enclosed type. and yes, there may be failure of IWK handling. othing is sure WIN. But then normally failure is due to overcapacity or equipment failure or human element.Overcapacity or overloaded may not be the case now since it is properly sized.
4. i suspect those units nearer to the STP are the one chosen to be allocated to Staff/Associates. Maybe this time, you feel that the developer is fair to public...allocating some nice units to public..... told you so.
