Set aside the jokes, you guys should give a big thank to Maxwell6635. You have no idea how much hassle it is to:
1) wrap for the shipment 2) prepare and fill up poslaju form 3) Go queue up at poslaju 4) To paid first for COD whilst u participant haven't bank in 5) Parking at pos office hard to find Basically cabin filter bulk is a hard job. I didn't organize it because ayam on going bulking with another group OUT of Klang valley. I wish to say Maxwell6635 get the job well done. |

Torsion beam trailing arm PU bush bulk
![]() Reason: To have firmer trailing arm movement, precise weight shifting. Rear end of the car appear to be more neutral. It can prolong rear damper lifespan, as well as stock spring strength. Generally, polyurethane is plastics, can last extremely long compare to organic rubber bushing. Side effect: For slow car fast driver, tend to over speed their corners due to over confidence. Neutral, meaning easy to turn, also meaning too much weight shifting can result in oversteer. An event of uncontrollable oversteer = lost control = crash. Tight trailing arm also meaning will have squeeking sound if not lubricate well. Lack of trailing arm movement can be annoying when going through rough roads, can crush your balls. Danger replacement part, for the non fainted heart! Use at your own risk. Vehicle type: All BT2 & BT3 from PL1 family Price: Unknown yet Fabricator: e-lite Quantity: In pair Dealing method: Cash before fabrication Bulk start date: TBA(after price negotiation and firming up the minimum numbers) Bulk end date: 1 week from start date

QUOTE(Eugene91 @ May 15 2014, 10:40 PM) Not really. Need to jackup the whole rear end, jack the trailing arm to leveling so can detach damper, remove spring, then detach trailing arm(make sure it doesn't fall and slam on your face), then you can remove the old bush from mounting and replace with this piece of PU. After replacement, reverse order put back everything. |

QUOTE(wcl1988 @ May 15 2014, 10:59 PM) do any blm owner have the steel knocking sound when entering the bumpy corner? Especially when go up car park level (the floor design to be bumpy to increase friction). Mine passenger side got, 2010 BLM. Lower arm bushing/anti roll bar bushing, damper bushing, spring bush all can be contributor. Not planning to fix yet, until it further deteriorate The sound is not from the driveshaft problem, as corner at flat road is fine. Any idea what will causing this sound? sound like some screw is loose, complain to SC several times, they just help to tighten the absorber screw, but the problem still exist... |
