While we are on the subject of the low spec vs high spec, i think i recalled seeing Antutu benchmark scores of 19,000+ for the low spec and 23,000+ for the high spec. More importantly, the extra 1GB of RAM can make a difference. After installing all my apps and having some apps that loads during startup, my 2GB ZF5 is left with 1.2GB of RAM free. If its a low spec model, it probably means i am left with little RAM to execute applications. When that happens and the OS starts to swap, performance is likely to be affected IMO.

Hm.. Could it be possible there's 2 specs or something? Another friend of mine who's not on the forums seem to also only have SIM2 spring loaded like the MicroSD slot.

Both units I mentioned are the 2G/16G model bought from DirectD during the first batch. Mine is white, not sure what colour is my friend's. I only texted him to test on his unit.
I bought mine used, hence, I was inclined to think mine might be broken. |
