Hmm,get the Asrock B85M-ITX.The downside though,it's priced at RM289(IdealTech).. Your friend needs ti stretch the budget a bit.

IdealTech only have Asus,Gainward and Leadtek unfortunately. You're getting from them,right?If you want cheaper,get Gainward GTX770 GS 2GB GDDR5 RM1199.If want expensive,get Asus GTX770 DC2OC RM1350. The Asus' is about 1000Mhz slower on the Memory Clock though,but i'm sure the difference in terms of FPS would be minimal. It has good cooling though.

And another thing is,if possible,get CM Elite 130 RM169 instead.I heard the CM Elite 110 and 120 have cooling issues with CPU i think.
