just sue them..
i bought a set of pc from startec but they gv me a spoilt ram... caused me to take back to them for ram exchange. this also another case. http://community.startec.com.my/forums/thread/12.aspx |

Feel sorry for you .. but you should get a mac for a good deal and probably you get serious and more enjoyable... using mac than using a pc...

I agree that Startec sux. Their price is expensive.
PC zone and Cycom got good customer service I've bought many things from PC zone and Cycom |
