Klipsch ProMedia GMX-A 2.1

This speaker is what i heard from a friend some time ago but not available at my hometown (kuantan) . A 2.1 speaker with a superb quality and performance is what i admire this speaker about . Is it still available at Low Yat? If possible, please let me know the current and newest price and the availability of this speaker. Zillions of thanx!!!

Yeap it's still available. Last I checked (I was considering buying this too), you can get it at RM500.

gmx 2.1 is 500 not 300 perhaps ur fren give u wrong info..

Erm... That's i not sure, could be also but he bought 1 with his cousin last year at Low Yat... The price tag at the time he bought also around RM350 only...
That's how he convinced me 'bout that speaker, with his cousin not regretting at all buying that speaker.

I checked a few days ago,its RM500.If I remember correctly when I bought it I paid RM515 for it.

i always hear ppl say that promedia 2.1 is better than promedia GMX A-2.1 is that true? well... seems like at lowyat never seen promedia 2.1, is it phased out frm klipsch product?

ya, they discontinued this speaker a few years ago.

I haven't personally listened to the promedia 2.1 but from what I have heard from people,apparently its better than the one from GMX series.I won't be surprised if its true,too bad it is discontinued...

but now they come out a new product call klipsch iFi, 19KG leh! the old promedia 2.1 just 9KG. usually speaker more heavy more good(but not apply to all case), dunno how this new product do..

ifi is so bloody exp n "i" again ipod thing..y dun they bored wid ipod but how good no idea..for this price there are much better option

It's sure the Klipsch speaker is 2.1, cos my friend can feel his room door shakin' when the speaker blasted at the living room...

i think your friend's one is Promedia GMX 2.1, it's different.
I heard more praise on promedia than gmx.

look, it got two build in subwoofer, normal pc 2.1 speaker just one subwoofer. currently i am using sony 7500watt mini hifi with two build in 20cm subwoofer. when i open volumn until half only, i receive complain frm my neighbour frm up stair, they told me their floor is shaking and i can feel my whole house door and wall are shaking. this is real hifi deep bass which is none of a computer speaker can deliver, nor even those RM1000++ logitech speaker(normally ppl praise logitech speaker bass powerfull). i never heard ppl praise GMX 2.1, mostly what i heard is the bass is boomy and bloat which is not true bass, its bass can loud but sound not nice. a real nice bass is tight and clear yet u can feel ur heart is follow it jumping.
