Hence the reason why I want to watch Netherlands play this week. 532/433.. but I have a gutty feeling that LVG relies on CM alot. Someone who can defend and go forward as well.
Imagine United playing 433. woo interesting, my favorite formation |

I think Netherlands formation cannot be used to apply to United's squad reason because the Dutch defense for the WC is rather weak that is why LVG need to put 5 man behind, further amplified by the absence of Strootman, they are really lacking at the back. Attacking wise, aplenty. lol.
sunblaze Pogba lel. Attitude problem, too arrogant, do not want lol. |

Nani still got it? Pfft. He needs to be offloaded this window, enough of his antics.
For Shaw case, 160k per week is too much, let alone 100k. But if you consider the transfer fee, 30mil, and probably because we need to pay up higher due to the fact that we cannot offer European football next season, money to shut them up maybe? Heck, even James Rodriguez doesn't get paid that much @ Monaco. |

Alexis Sanchez or James Rodriguez to replace Nani? Either one I'm fine. Especial James. SAF scouted him 7 times before Monaco snatched him

Sucks to be the red half of London now. Imagine watching their 'captains' joining their rivals team. Viera, Fabregas and RVP lol.
But back to the topic, Kayu manaaaaa |

QUOTE(sinoffire @ Jun 13 2014, 09:41 AM) nope. "Although, in England, the transfer window formally opens on 1 July, transfers between clubs in the same association can take place as soon as the last competitive fixtures for the season have been played. However, many transfers will not be completed until 1 July because many players' contracts expire on 30 June." nasi lemak QUOTE There are two transfer windows in each Barclays Premier League season. The first commences at midnight on the last day of the season and ends on 31 August if a working day - or, if not, on the first working day thereafter, at a time determined by the Board. The second transfer window commences at midnight on the 31 December and ends on the 31 January if a working day, and again, if not, on the first working day thereafter, at a time determined by the Board. Temporary transfers can be made permanent outside of the transfer windows. For further information please see the rules in the Premier League Handbook. BPL website |

QUOTE(projectnew @ Jun 13 2014, 06:03 PM) Because players like Shaw and Rafael bomb forward a lot, thus leaving gaps at counter attacks. 5 man def will still leave a hole in the middle if there is no defensive minded player in the team. Something like what happened to us last season, Evra bombs forward but too lazy to track back, counter attack and conceded. Because players like Cleverley are more attacking minded, that is why we need a defensive minded midfielder to partne/replace Carrick. |

QUOTE(king_eric @ Jun 13 2014, 07:28 PM) #DareToCleverley His role under Moyes changed, as compared to his previous role, CAM under SAF. Hopefully LVG can transform him into an attacking midfielder again, then maybe we can see the old Clev back |

The way Robben ripped apart the Spanish midfield and defence made me wonder, how old is this chap? He's freaking 30 and he is playing as if he was 23 or so. Van Persie was at his lethal best, shame he didn't manage a hat trick, the ball struck the crossbar lulz.
Overall the Dutch side was entertaining to watch, counter attack and never looking back. Something we could really use next season, attack attack attack, not attack score and defend. Hail Van Gaal! |
