Yeah need the guide too. The one tool root doesnt work for me.

Just use flashtool n flash the 757 kernel n you will get custom recovery. Boot into recovery n select supersu zip n reboot - phone will be rooted
This is easiest method to root phone
This link gives you the download links. Use flashtool program if you are nervous using direct commands on terminal mode

Google yourself flashtool program
Plenty of guides on web how to use it

Anyway,my tempered glass sp just arrived. M-glass too expensive so just buy mocolo. Nevertheless, the packaging is premium too. Any tips on applying it? First time applying glass sp. don't wanna mess it up.

depends on many things

1. how rough you use your phone

2. hardness of the glass SP applied

3. whether you can stand it if there is minor scratches or slightly cracked

etc...

Anyone having screen issue after put the phone in cold place?
Many times I on my phone in the morning the screen went a bit buggy and laggy, you can tell by look at it that it is LCD problem, but after take it to a warmer place for a while,it went normal. rclxub.gif
I was shock at the first time though have to spend a lot on changing LCD...

normally glass SP will collect fingerprint, some brands have oleophobic coating which make it easy to remove fingerprint

I don't have that issue. I just know if I sleep in an air conditioned room, the next morning I hold the phone is chilling due to the aluminum build (wow, that feeling drool.gif )

Btw, if the glass have oleophobic coating, then the fingerprints are resisted.

resist means still have chance of leaving fingerprints.

I had ideas of retiring it next year. icon_idea.gif
But since there is no successor for Z Ultra, best not to retire it. This phone had served me well in reading.
