If you have flashed before is easy. Just put the rom file into phone or ext sdcard first. Boot into custom recovery n just select the rom file n flashing will be over in a minute to two. You will need to select wipe data n cache before selecting the rom file
Of course you need to install custom recovery first follow by rooting than
There are plenty of guides how to do it at forum XDA or other sites. Do refer page 1 also

anyone having difficulty in doing a 2 finger swipe down?

i find it difficult to do a 2 finger swipe down, need to do it slowly in order for the phone to recognize that it is a 2 finger swipe down instead of 1

i have to maintain it as stock as possible. being a product advisor of Sony shouldnt use custom ROM for demonstration.

use 1 finger and hold on the right side for 0.5 sec then pull down

if your XZU root .. can try link2sd .. just make one partition of ur ext. sdcard partition.. then move ur game to ur ext. sdcard ..

Just want to know, how many of you rooted your ZU??
I still not sure should I root it for uninstall some stock apps to make it faster.

Is your phone rooted? If yes,go download xposed framework,set it up then in xposed framework download play store fixed.then you can access every app in play store.
