QUOTE(benny888 @ May 3 2014, 04:22 PM) You can try flashing the tweaked GPE version from XDA. It is fast n easy just flashing from recovery. All the write issues to ext Sdcard is resolved. You need not even to wipe data.. But i didn't like it n flash back to stock kitkat using flash tool Mine also prefer sony stock Bcoz not lagging like TouchWiz..normally with samseng I prefer GPe rom.... I'm.also running GPe on my p1000... Still ok until now.. |

QUOTE(acbc @ May 3 2014, 05:28 PM) Anyway, not planning to root the GPe because unable to backup TA partition. Otherwise will lose both X-Reality and ClearAudio+. I didn't backup ta partion when I unlocked the boatloader... I can confirm you both x Reality n clear audio still functioning as usual... Waiting for exploit type root. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Aug 25 2014, 04:46 PM) Just use flashtool n flash the 757 kernel n you will get custom recovery. Boot into recovery n select supersu zip n reboot - phone will be rooted korek...this the only efficient method to get superuser privilege..This is easiest method to root phone This link gives you the download links. Use flashtool program if you are nervous using direct commands on terminal mode http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2714511 Google yourself flashtool program Plenty of guides on web how to use it |
