Is it okay to buy this phone now? Or I should wait for 2nd version?

my z ultra got 1 problem.
i can't charge full, everytime i charge full. The phone screen will black out. I can't do anything with it. I have to wait for few hours, then only can use the phone again. I think is phone hot and make the screen not function. Anyone got this problem?? |
