My wizard's 15 elemental, 6cc, 30 elite gg SoJ spring into action for Rift Guardian and elite packs with Health Link or Extra Health otherwise a 6cc, 50cd and socketed gg Hellfire does its job nicely.

How many elites are there as compared to trash targets!? Since trash targets far outnumbered elites, I prefer to use Hellfire ring for the kill to ensure that a single session of T6 Rift in its entirety ends faster overall and gain extra experience in the hot pursuit of paragon level increments.

SoJ is great for most situation, like mine here, i can easily find a trifecta ring that boost about 6~8% total dps but done some test with my little Fetishes (im a pet WD ).

DPS 1.25m with trifecta ring, damage dealed to normal mobs 8~9m crit, same goes elites and bosses.

DPS 1.15m with RoJ, damage dealed to normal mobs 8m crit, 12m~13m crit to elites and bosses.

If you truly want to know how powerful is SoJ...try equipping a legacy SoJ + A loot 2.0 Soj.. just make sure your weapons are black to get the full effect of +6% elemental damage from legacy soj

My monk has 660k dps with 85% bonus to E and 77% to lightning And ...err it quite fun..kekeke...

why worry about SoJ guys?

Once see an elite, fast fast open inventory, right click on SoJ to equip it. Instant winner. No fuss no fudge

Thats I do now....

almost 2 weeks rifting and spending shards on rings. No SoJ. That one piece of gear that is an obvious upgrade and it refuses to drop.

THAT FEEL.

My SoJ actually not from Kadala..but drop at Prison - (Act 1) -rift run...just enter the game, terus dapat SoJ, less than 3 second...

Although it give 29% + 10% (from Blackthorne's Set) = 39% damage on elite but DPS drop about 40K...so I still prefer my Leoric Ring...

Bro...you have to look beyond the paper DPS loss..

Say your paper DPS is 800k..you lose 40k to equip SoJ that's a 5% loss.

Now say you get 760k with soj 30% since it easir to compute. Soj will 1.3x your 760k against E (which in game has the most life) = 988k dps which is a 188k gain over your original 800k dps.

So, if you look at it a gain of 188k dps v E or a 40k loss v trash.... the choice is obvious isn't it.

Adam, try change to soj. If ur soj + damage fire skill, I believe ur damage to elite will more than 2.2 million dps

lol.. why you use my profile? i got SOJ, but lightning damage, still waiting for fire SOJ.. 1.8mil elite dps is more than enough for T3 and below.

duh... smart loot my buntut. Just now curi play during lunch time, got a beautiful legendary light shoot up to the sky and I was so happy, pick it up, darn it's spirit stone. (am playing crusader)

Ya yesterday I looted a legend Daibo and Inna's Belt on my WD back to back. Nice and smart LUT indeed.

With DPS ring, I'm sitting at 713k dps and doing 2-3.5mil crit dmg on white trash mobs and elites/bosses... With SoJ, I'm at 610k dps (-100k dps) and getting 1.5-2.4mil crit dmg on white trash mobs but getting 4-5mil crit dmg on elites and bosses...

Still yet to get CHC or CHD on that SoJ

Is this consider as most wanted legendary as well?

Continued to play Wizard in RoS from my previously created char in Diablo 3. Amazingly i always get Legendary item! Not much as monk and barb that i always played!
Opened 8 Horadric Cache and I got 2 RoRG! Two days before i got one RoRG from Horadric Cache as well. Got Blackthorn Chest armor, pants and amulet.

haha.. i just got it last two days! You can dance on the ground! My wizard can even tank now..

set for my monk.......farm until TF or SoH,now shenlong + azurewarth

tal rasha got 2 for my wiz........off hand tal rasha got socket
farm 2 set get +500 intel then happy 1 in stash waitting........

RoRG ?

i hv many Jordan ring........5 or 6 in stash......my wiz n monk ring better than Jordan

RoRG = Ring of Royal Grandeur

I only got 3 Blackthorne sets and when i wear this ring, it complete all the sets! As if 1 wear 4 of them!

RoRG attributes: "Reduces the number of items needed for set bonuses by 1 (to a minimum of 2)."
