thats what i thought too. if they are bulding the last 27th floor now, they have like 4 months left before VP due date. it's pretty ambitious target but for some reason i hope they do complete in time.. looking forward to move in as soon as i can.

what about those previous photos from construction site. can see the soho struture ma. Imagine if the wall got hack down each every unit .......  no eye see lo ..........

I pass by this morning and saw that the construction of the column is different than previous floor.

I think it might be constructing roof level at this stage.

Just went to NSK, bump into Central Residence kiosk. The agent said that Central Residence SOHO will be completed by end of 2015

The next stage of loan release suppose to be  --> 2E - internal & external finishes
so hope 2E is now under progress

hey everyone, just want to share with you of an update for central SOHO i got from yuktung when i drop by their office last week. according to the person in charge for central residence, at this time they are still on track to get CCC by end of december 2014, and told me to expect call by then to settle some fees.
CCC or previously CF is on basic unit as in S&P without any additional fittings eg kitchen cabinet etc that yuktung offered.

once they got CCC and can VP, they will call us to visually inspect. when is this? it's by batch of units. some purchaser will get this by Q1 and some by Q2 2015

once inspection is done after VP, you will need to return the key back to them so that they can install the additional fittings eg kitchen cabinets, water heater plaster ceiling etc for about 3 months and then you have to come again and inspect the additional fittings with them before they can fully handover the key.

every units in central SOHO are expected to be ready to move in by purchaser by end of Q2 2015.

Hi Ariesfoo, do you managed to contact HR ppl asking about the TNB deposit?
I've sent email to qiauhui@hr-group.com.my this monday, there is not feedback at all.
I am disappointed to with this project. I've made a call to HR end of 2013, asking if this project was delayed.
The person answering my call replied arrogantly ,HR project never delay. See what happen to this project.
I was charge with full instalment from bank, do you have to pay full instalment as well?
