Got the game yesterday, i have problems with the ink quest too.

The game sure is different, no monster respawn, and inventory store is just too little. About 2nd profession, is there a way to change that? Since attrib can be modified anytime i thought so too can 2nd profession so i was messing around and picked warrior for my devrish.

yes there is NPC to help you change 2nd profession. I know 1 in Cantha but forgot the town's name liao ....too bad

In Cantha its Senji's Corner. For Nightfall you have to finish the rebuild command post quest or something like that.

Yeah... the ink quest. Frustrated couldn't get it completed because i wanted finish all quests. Sigh some quests are very hard even with full party of heroes and hencemen.

Its better to get human players in party but the problem is it is very hard to find people doing the same mission and interested to join or accept you into group. All along being playing alone.

well, that is why it is preferable if you join a guild..^^..at least you can get your guildies to help you or play with you..^^

the place to change secondary profession is in sunspear sanctuary..at the command post where near where dunkoro standing..

actually a lot of experience players would prefer heroes and hench rather than a PUG (pick up group, where u spam in town, lfg for mission/quests). due to the reason being that PUG are hard to control, nvr listen or sometimes just quit just because they die.

but they are times whn u get a very good group, i been in a few of these before, it's really fun playing with a good group. so whenever u manage to join a good group add them to ur fren list, so that its easier for u to find them next time. or join a guild, a good guild will always be willing to help their members through quest and mission, if they dun then leave the guild

or u can just see if any of the players here are in the game or not, if we free can always help u out. i am currently at mission 4 (consulate dock), heroes and hench all of them haha

yeah really really good groups are rare XD... i remember when i was playing prohpecies.. me and a pug group did ALL the missions from sanctum all the way to hell's percipise =D good group that one.

is there any malaysian guild for newbies?
seriously.. i used to play wow.. playing guildwars is something really different.

Looks like the recent update to GW addresses some of the buggy sidequests discussed earlier in this thread.

Anyway just saying hi to everyone, been away from the board for some time as well as GW. God, I haven't even completed Factions on all my RP characters. Interested to hook up with local M'sian players and party in-game.

Finally completed the ink quest. I have to abandon and retake to get it working. Same as the escort quest, don't exactly remember the quest name, its where u escort a guy from kamadan to the city near the plains of jaris (really, can't remember the name). The guy just stop there when the cosairs attacked, tried a couple of times. i find that if u take the initiave to attack the cosairs first, making u distance urself with the guy, the glitch will happen. If u wait till the cosairs to come to you, then its ok. Theres a quest Master difficulty, what does that mean exactly? What lvl do you consider to be a master?

Each mission there are different difficulties for you to overcome to get the rewards. There is the standard, master and expert. You will get standard by just finishing the mission. The master and expert are kind of like bonus quests. They will come up during the mission. If I am not mistaken if you manage to complete half of the bonus quest you will get master but if you complete the bonus quest as well you will get the expert.

the latest updates should fix the quests,
master difficulty are just tougher quests, as in the mob might be higher lvl thn those u usually encounter. first few master difficulty quest is not that hard, can do them pretty early
last nite went n did Consulate Dock mission, dang hard, especially the few place where they have a group of bowman, if u run in u pratically get hit by all of them n straight die. if u have jin in ur group, get her to use barrage on the bowman, works nicely
btw do u think worthwhile to get the 1k max armor at consulate dock, i still using the armor i got around blacktide den haha

hi , i want to ask that if i buy two GW that is GW:F and GW: N... can i use the char in the GW:F to play in GW:N?

Yep of course you can, just make sure both games/accounts are merged and not standalone from each other.

Wokay, just wondering how many of you out there still have pending quests from Prophecies chapter that needs completing?

I still need the following quests on my necro;
(and many others on my other characters, tho i'm gonna focus on 1 char first)

Titan quests (From the dragon Glint upon completing final mission)

1. Defend North Kryta Province
2. Titan Source (final closure quest - Obtainable once all 4 titan quests completed)

Sorrow's Furnace quests (When you get to Deldrimmor Warcamp)

1. Final Assault (final closure quest - Obtainable once all 4 sorrow's quests completed)


Most of my other characters still need all 4 of the initial Titan as well as Sorrow's quests
So, who is in the mood for some quests clean up sometime after the Nightfall mania has slowed down Sign up now! j/k

umm i still need to do all those titan quests, i think i onli completed 2

Just for the record, incase if some of you dont know, once merged, it will stay permanent. Same as registering email at plaync. Once you registered the login email at plaync, the login name cannot be changed anymore.
