Normally I spend roughly RM30 in month, and I have to pay RM50 for the each month because of the month commitment.
And i will get my remind balance in my account, just forward one month.

I'm using Blue plan.
And they sent me tell me that if i reload min RM 10 at my birthday then they will give me extra RM 10 credit.
Until now still they don't sent me RM 10 extra credit.

when was ur bday? maybe it takes couples days to credit the extra?

maybe there is certain "TnC" that make u not eligible for the bonus...
how long have u use it the number?is it new?
if i not mistaken, to get the bonus, u already join celcom for a certain period...forget the period,,ermm, around 4-5 months i think..

I think i'm eligible for the bonus coz they sent me sms said that if i top up at least RM 10 at my birthday,then they will free me RM10 bonus.
