Their website isn't informative enough. That's why I seldom browse their site for information.

Celcom Airtime Share is down ...

By the way, I don't think Maxis/Hotlink has their 014 SIM packs yet right? Or will it be Celcom to be the last in introducing their 014 prefix?

According to Celcom CS, they said if you replied, they'll deduct RM8 from your balance.

The number might be admitted to the pool of terminated numbers if you didn't initiate a reload after 90 days from the expiry date of your airtime validity.

and can i down grade my sim card ? from 64k to mayb 8k ...coz my phone not support 64k sim card
*
Downgrade means change SIM card. The 64k is replaced by a new SIM. Check with Celcom point.

As for mine, my SIM card (Hotlink) used to be 64k, I lost it and filed for as a replacement. The Maxis Centre doesn't have stock for 64k and I have to take a 16k SIM card.
