I believe not a problem, you can try. Kodi 15 is on the way, if you have no problem with current version, I would advise not to chase behind the version.

Whats the major different between kodi 14.1 & 14.2?

14.1 and 14.2 just minor release update. Practically, we don't encourage to update if your current release already stable. Kodi development is very active, you will be very busy if you follow closely every release update. The latest development version already 15 beta.

Hi, I have a problem with the remote for himedia. When I try to scroll through the shows in showbox, the remote doesn't show where or what I'm scrolling to. How do I go about this? Thanks

Sorry. I think I've figured it out. I have to toggle between the mouse icon to select. But it seems to be only when I'm using showbox and moviebox . No problem with kodi. Is there a problem with the showbox app, though. It pops out to upgrade but when I do try to upgrade, it says an error updating.

Sorry for my late response bro. Himedia remote could operate by cursor or mouse pointer. However the mouse pointer only move vertical and horizontal, no diagonal.

Some apps are designed to use cursor operator some apps using touch operated such as popcorn time and Showbox. Best apps like Kodi could operate by both cursor and touch. To supplement your remote control, you can plug in any USB PC mouse to assist you to navigate.

As mentioned in the getting stared guide, pls do not upgrade when first time use, some time the upgrade will enforce the block mechanism. Get familiar with the apps and backup the APK before you upgrade.

In step 4, you should see the Himedia box detected on your iPad screen. If not please double check your network. Both iPad and Himedia box should be in the same network.
