The Fist os Az'turrasq is good, I using a 2.3k with 92% explosion. Packed with Physical damage and damage to Elite, etc, it will go beyond 100% damage of the mob WHEN it explode.



The thing is, you need to kill it first to trigger this. Back to the DPS problem.

It's so disheartening when you have 2mil Elemental damage against Elite, get a Channeling Pylon (which make all skill free of spirit), I keep spamming Bell, like press and hold. You see Elite HP in T6 move so slow. Cannot even kill one elite before pylon expired in 30 seconds.

This is the kind of damage we are dealing in solo.

Monk has awesome party support but we don't want to be just a support class.

I see, when solo that one i can't say much but mayn, but in T6 rift multiplayer co-op, never seen mobs melt that fast in highest difficulty.

Btw i was always wondering monk's toughness calculation. Most of the monks i've met have toughness under 5 mil. something buggy about this?

Are you seeing it at their profile or in-game toughness?

I looted 2xBand of the Rue Chambers during same rift. Stats are GG for the 2nd ring.

Profiles are not showing the correct amount of toughness, not sure if intended or glitch. The best way is to directly ask them

I have 16m toughness ingame (paper toughness?) while my profile showing lesser, like 5m (unbuffed)

I'm also not sure. Diablo Progress also only show unbuff toughness

The fist is a game changer for monks, using a 2.1k dps of the fist from random rift drop. In group play, I dash/EP into a mob, ninja-bomber- palm-em-weak-in-the-knees-flesh on each of the mob. LtK along with the team dps on the weakest mob till it pops. Glorious dominos kaboom effect, blues and gold dies in seconds. GG

Yeah, as long as the monk keep doing implosion and have great toughness, oh mayn........

my job is to freeze em pesky mobs while all 4 of us kill one implode mobs asap.

Used to run with SSS/WOL Lightning/Holy Build; due to low toughness (4m-ish).

After some crafting and upgrade, decided to drop SSS and went for CS/WOL instead. Works really good with Strongarm Bracer; especially in teamplay.

Actually the Palm of God itself explode 50% of the mob's full health right? Isnt that like...good enough in T6 especially?

Theoretically, EP is a no brainer skill on higher torment. I only play on T3-T4. Most of my clanmates are running around as Crusader at T6... and they only want to accept Str class in party, due to efficient farming.

Monk gets no love..

What to do, monk's mitigation is , only barb's WC / Cru's Law can save us in high Torment.

Talk about running MoH:ToN + DR:KE still die like shiat in high T

well those crusaders are wrong though....if they want to talk about efficiency, monks with Fist of Azturaq beats most characters out there. Those crusaders mostly just play captain america stylo anyway (boring and noisy) although i agree their massive prowess and defense helps tanking compare to barb. Paling epic lol is those barbs who has lut socks i think, keep jumping here and there and died on the spot, shifting attention to us wizards. madafakaaaaa

What's your AR without MoH:ToN? I roll around 1080 AR and swapped to MoE:HT and it actually gives me more toughness; compared to MoH:ToN.

Efficiency as in.. Just a rumor, I myself can't confirm this.



Can't tell as I've never EVER been in a party of 4 monks (long enough) to verify this rumor. That day I play with my other friends; 2 saders, 1 barb, and 1 monk(me).

The loots im getting keep rolling Str/Vit. I've even found 2x Crusader Shield and 1 Raekor's glove while in the party

around 900+ with a misrolled resist at pants.

Man I need to find that fist.
I run with EP all the time but sometimes switch it out in higher torments such as t5 and t6. Unless my party has OP players.

Then just dash in, place EP in a couple of creeps and dash out. Then let the explosion do its magic.
