I can use plate mounted switches right? cause i'm salvaging switches from a cmstorm mkb. and must i use back plate mount or..?

Plate mounted switches have three legs, while PCB mounted switches have 5 legs. Difference is stability when mounted.

For the PCB you are buying, it's a GH60 replica, so it's plate-mounted.

if you want pcb mount, then make sure u have pcb mount switch and pcb mount stabs.
otherwise, u can use a compatible plate with plate mount switch OR pcb mount switch with plate mount stabs OR if your plate allows, you can use pcb mount stabs as well.

justnits: i didn't want pcb mount. as the switch that i'm going to have don't have the two legs to put in pcb mount holes. i'll just stick to plate mounted ones.
