when i started trimming fat i did HIIT running for 6 months literally everyday 20min. maybe total < 5 days rest in that 180 days period and the result is awesome.

but it was tough till dead, after i started lifting i only HIIT once a week and max 10min.

This HIIT including cardio as well? Do you satisfy based on your results? How much weight you lost? As well as fat loss?

as long the high intensity is there at short intervals rest can consider putting sprints and rope skipping to add under the HIIT regiment.

HIIT is king for me, if ur sole purpose is to lose weights, im saying that sprints with jog intervals can be considered a form of HIIT.

i separate my exercise into 2 parts, 1 focus on lower body, 1 focus on upper body and core.
Its like rotating throughout the week, 1 day lower body, 1 day upper body.
then sunday rest.
I exercise everyday so I can burn calories everyday, and 1 important thing is I can eat more brows.gif
I''m not sure my upper body exercise is HIIT or not la, it is like 45sec work 15sec rest

yeah mainly fats, if your HIIT includes pushups and pullups situps jumping squats you might see muscle definition as well apart from losing fats.

IMO HIITcan burn fat as well as building muscles if you on proper diet. Loss weight means loss fat right?
