QUOTE(661188 @ Apr 14 2014, 10:32 PM) when i started trimming fat i did HIIT running for 6 months literally everyday 20min. maybe total < 5 days rest in that 180 days period and the result is awesome. This HIIT including cardio as well? Do you satisfy based on your results? How much weight you lost? As well as fat loss?but it was tough till dead, after i started lifting i only HIIT once a week and max 10min. |

QUOTE(pj_guitarist @ Apr 14 2014, 10:57 PM) as long the high intensity is there at short intervals rest can consider putting sprints and rope skipping to add under the HIIT regiment. i heard it's better if you want to lose fat. After all it depends on your target. Well what's better for youThis post has been edited by degraw1993: Apr 14 2014, 11:07 PM |
