Ikr but if proper diet and combine with hiit u can lose weight as well as fat. I noticed lately my weight is decreasing but still look the same.

LOL, its not the same, its like comparing 1kg of durian vs 1kg of apple. There are a tons of difference. Obviously the mass is the same.

In short, the amount of calories needed to build a kg of muscles is not the same as for a a kg of fat.
