How to open a 12cm fan & paint it?, help...

That plastic thing which holds the fan together rite? i kopek until bengkok d.. when cleaning dust haha hope it wont break and the fan wont fly come out

hey guys.... just wondering... if we open up the fan to paint... do we need to sand the blades or sumthin or can we just straight paint without doing anything??
coz i have 2 clear fans that i intend to paint and wondering if the paint will fall off or not over time |

i got 1 tornado, i just direct spray it after clean by dry cloth, never sand it or take out...
*done it 2 year ago, and using it till now.. |

For fan without clip or any hole behind you can try to push the fan out directly, but don't apply too much force as it might brake the fins
