Whatever name you call it....this southern corridor Kajang/Semenyih is getting hotter and hotter....every leading developers are going there, snapping up land like there is no tomorrow...SP Setia, UEM Land, Dijaya Corp, Sunway, MKH, Gamuda, Sime Darby, OSK Prop and even a developer from China is joining in the race.
According to population census, there is a rapid population growth in the southern corridor of Selangor.

Yes, I also notice the same. If they build low / medium cost apartment, this will bring down the whole township positioning ( earlier, I thought they want to market it as luxury township)

I think generally overall sentiment in semenyih is slowing down as there was a big rush during 2013 and 2014 for investors and home buyers to grab a piece of the action. I would says roughly abt 2k or more properties being grab up during those times. Developers like sp, ecoworld, mkh, kuen lai, parkland, cg, ascotte, univillage.

1 prima apt is also starting in semenyih. Guess market will remain so so till real folks start to move in and flippers exited the scene. Oh for tiara south, first phase sold out and now they are launching phase 2 at a whopping price of rm1 mill....

Well, the way TS marketed it, it is strata titled g n g with clubhouse and award winning landscaping. Of course with the lekas link access thanks to EH. Guess they are targeting people who like it's concept.

I agree their pricing is difficult to swallow but then again, nobody would have thought a ds house can fetch above rm600k in semenyih before.

I am just waiting for them to VP and see how well they design their landscape.

Recently I visited Tiara South, too many staircase not my type, I ask the SA show me the approval letter can go in Ecohill link directly, but he unable to produce.
