Beranang may takes some time, coz Semenyih still have plenty of land for development. Setia Ecohill 2 will be in the Beranang area, but I presume this development only will be started 5 years from now... hmm.gif hmm.gif

There will be a condo launch in Semenyih later, near to Setia Ecohill.. Dunno apa name.

And there is also another project called Taman Mutiara Rinching, by Hoover.. Going to launch soon I presume..

SEH will have commercial shoplot and depending on the requirement, maybe having another shopping supermarket.

EM according the SA shall be having a mall, similar to the one in Setia Alam... Later on, residents from Kajang 2 or Bangi also can come over for shopping too... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

If solely rely on the promotional video of both projects, personally like Tiara South's landscape more, very serene.. Of course whether the developer would be able to realize it, is another story..

Tiara south is strata title with backlane garden, beside Ecohill link and have a private club house, that's the strong point. Goodview residence located in sungai long with more mature amenities and nearer to KL. Really depends on personal perference.

Tiara South even cannot tag into the Ecohill link directly, they still will be able to join at the roundabout session into ecohill link.

Tiara South is 3 storey, sure got more staircase I suppose.
