Dsand has amazing flusher compare to others I guess  I think mostly is bcos of the location wise and density lo... just beside KTM, walk at most 2min will reach, those who lazy to drive and stuck in jam (like me) will choose this project more. density wise only 365units fully residential ma, more privacy and more "secure" lo. facility wise how often you will use? for me, a gym and swimming pool will do great already.
