I think mostly is bcos of the location wise and density lo...

just beside KTM, walk at most 2min will reach, those who lazy to drive and stuck in jam (like me) will choose this project more.
density wise only 365units fully residential ma, more privacy and more "secure" lo.

facility wise how often you will use? for me, a gym and swimming pool will do great already. I don't need other fancy thing also cool2.gif

I heard it will be station there for a month but of course with very limited unit available now.

AND the picture from their brochure seem is walk from the FRONT gate wo, Dsand "confirmed" will link the KTM from their BACK DOOR ma. from back door, you wont go thro this also imo, you will be walking from (Dsand compound) back gate to the ktm hmm.gif

Aiya... what to worry now actually?of cos it's quiet like hell now la cos nobody "stay" there yet ma plzzx.

U wait petalz, citizen, benteng and dsand complete, SURE got people walk to ktm using the "express" lane imo.... i doubt all citizen petalz benteng people NOT using ktm to work tho...
you either walk around the front road which is further, or use the covered walkway which for sure shorter to ktm lo...

But hater always hate smile.gif

I think it's public lane BUT Dsand residents can go thro their back gate to Ktm which is nearer lo.
Perhaps developer will "build" covered walkway for the whole back lane BUT Dsand residents can exit thro back gate only.

dont forget Dsand got back gate to ktm lagi, resident no need walk the whole backlane.

unique selling point is BACK GATE to ktm lo smile.gif

@chewlee I'm talking about Back Gate directly link to ktm ma, Dsand Back Gate of cos is only for Dsand Resident la.

2nd tier, after parking need access card to enter another door to lift.

3rd tier, need access card to operate lift.

all properties have their own pro and cons la...
but I believe their security will be STANDARD as well, is just depending on the management nia.

expensive prop but lousy security management is useless also,
if cheap property but very good management will be preference too smile.gif
