Hmm... Anyone know if it is possible to get mouse feet for Logitech G400? My mouse kinda dying so I'm considering opening it up and fixing the wire problem but I'm worried the feet get damaged.

Hi guys,

I've been using DeathAdder Razer for years now, I heard its a good mouse if not one of the best. However, I'm getting very irritated in cleaning it, once you wipe the rubber surface, it becomes sticky and ...disgusting.

I tried all ways of cleaning it using damp cloth, alcohol wipes, etc but the stickyness remains.

I feel like getting a new mouse, but is DeathAdder Razer the only choice? Would this problem occur again or are the new models better off?

Or...what do you sifus suggest that is a better alternative to the Razer Deathadder?

Advises are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The newer DA13 doesn't have that sticky issue on the surface but the side rubber will turn sticky/slippery abit if you sweat.
Would love to see mionix mice here.

Heavyarm does carry Mionix mouse, but only the latest model and not the Naos 7000 which IMO is a better option than the Naos 8200.
Shipping from Amazon will cost higher than buying the Naos 8200 so it's not worth it... cry.gif

Coming from a G400 (the predecessor of G400s) to the DA 2013, I must say the DA is indeed impressive. The ergonomic shape of the mouse fits my palm perfectly and also suits me palm grip style. You should try to take at look at it first before buying. smile.gif Steelseries Rival is also not bad, though I have not personally tested it yet.

Tested the DA before and my opinion is the main buttons feels flimsy, not sure if that's the mice problem or Razer quality, the main button feels rattling and not solid feels like the G400/G400s.
I have yet to test the Rival, don't have any demo unit in my local shops, feels quite disappointed, and only handful of dealer can order and yet I can't demo. sweat.gif Going to wait until PIKOM (June) and see if I can actually get my hands on a demo unit.

Guys, it seems like everyone keeps talking about the Deathadder's sticky surface --does anyone else with a matte mouse surface suffer from such issues?

I'm having no problems with my Armaggeddon mouse so far.
