and even then, commercial whey are not produced from cheese making byproducts.
its inefficient and the protein amount is inconsistent.



and no, whey from pigs milk are inefficient and pretty disgusting even to non muslims.
you dont see shops selling cartons of pigs milk now, do ya?

Well... I don't remove all of it. I only take half the yolks, e.g. if I eat 3 eggs, I dump 1.5 yolks. Should I consume it whole? I don't work out a lot.
