Frankly speaking, a lot of local fund house running on global/regional funds are not performing that good.

Received an email from FSM titled "FSM Exclusive Luncheon: Revealing the Private Equity Investment Strategies"

And Pink Spider is correct about the two new wholesales fund. It's private equity thingy!

Some of the local fund houses act as a feeder fund which is similar as invest directly into a targeted offshore fund.
For example: RHB-OSK-GS US Equity Fund in which at least 95% of NAV being invested in the Goldman Sachs US Equity portfolio.

That luncheon mail is more like mass mailing to FSM members. Recipients are supposed to self-check if they qualify by cross-referencing against the declaration form.
