This is called portfolio rebalancing. It's expensive if no switching facility.
*
hmm.gif i think that the 10% switch would not be considered a portfolio rebalancing...because it did not affect much of the portfolio allocation....i guess just about minor % changes.

a positive enhancer for those who liked Asia X Jpn and EM region UTs....

The Start of an Asian Bull Run

Asia ex Japan equities and emerging market equities continue to rise steadily even as Europe and US markets erased a little of their shine. Year-to-date, if we compare Asia ex Japan, Europe, US and emerging markets, it is Asia ex Japan which are now the best performing market within this group.

PGSF (11.5%) + KAFGEF (9%) + AIWEF (6.2%) + RHB-OSKGEYF (7%)

U.S. Stocks Rally as S&P 500 Touches 2,000 for First Time

The S&P 500 rose 0.6 percent to 1,999.69 at 10:13 a.m. in New York. It climbed as high as 2,000.24, an all-time high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 97.74 points, or 0.6 percent, to 17,098.96.

“There are a lot of positive fundamentals which support further momentum in the housing market,” Peter Garnry, head of equity strategy at Saxo Bank A/S in Hellerup, Denmark, said in a phone interview. “Good housing data would support the view that the U.S. economy is growing quite well.”

Just updated all the fund geographical exposure from the latest available fund sheet.

From the look of it... if KLCI and SGX drop, we can top up HSAQ (Malaysia 36%, Singapore 28%)
If Europe drop, we can top up Abeerdeen Islamic World (Europe exposure over 50%)
CIMB Global Titans when DJIA drop (US exposure 42.53%)
CIMB Asia Pacific Dynamic Income (when China/HK red - with 25% exposure)

Pink Spider Sounds about right?
