I think so. The number is incorrect as after checking, there is missing dividend that have ex-date on June 27th. If include this, then it may be the one that fulfill your wildest fantasy  rclxms.gif . New IRR @ 15%. I'll update my post.

The one that has fulfilled my wildest fantasy has been Eastspring Inv. Small Cap...

Thinking of doubling up my kgf this week since it's performance has been excellent

Any advise from sifus?

My portfolio is quite rojak already. Basically just want to increase the whole size. Lets say same sector is it better to just top up whataver fund u hving for that sector or open a nw fund. Wanna increase size because unit trust is too small in my total investsments. FDs like more than 10 times of my unit trust size.

some may not agree,..but I think having 2 funds of the same regions by different fund house is diversification too....

it is ok.....if that is your risk profile.

I was going to put more money in because of the FSM 1% offer over a wide range of funds, but I guess now would be a bad time to buy?

I still can see wor rclxub.gif

Anyway back to topic...I see all my funds also delivering stellar 3-month and 12-month returns...see also scared...but rebalance...how to rebalance when everything is up? Even emerging markets bond also up...the only place to go...cash sweat.gif

REIT yield esp for retail REITs like IGBREIT and CMMT not that attractive, merely 5%+, stock analysts recommend to dump or hold DIGI, current yield only like 3.8%--4% doh.gif

hmm.gif why would you said that? there are definitely some funds in the 1% SC list that are focused in the regions/countries that are of "cheaper" valuation with more upside potential.

Seems to me that China fund can be used for "UT trading"...u see Shanghai index drop near 2,000 points u buy, go near 2,200 points u sell. Just a crazy idea tongue.gif
