The so-called 'expatriate' in Malaysia really got low living allowance and no standard....
Ppl in our industry if working in SGP will be compensated USD10K+ a month + car just for living allowances and varies with the city of work. Heard from the developer SA it is around 85% sold out for first tower! They will having the roadshow at paradigm mall and publika next week 7-10 august!

I've been in cyberjaya since 2008 Even 2 of my directors (expats) does not live in cyber. 1 in bangi Another 1 is in bangkok, travelling every 3 days (sewa cyberview). While my colleague more willing to rent students type apartment like domain. And to think most of them prefer taxi rather than a car..u think these people do really care to own a house here?
