possible mic problem?

Hi everyone,

I'm a recent Mazda 3 "buyer", yes not an "owner" due to the fact I've made a booking since February this year and until now everything is so screwed up and I've yet to able to get my car.

Would really wish to get a second opinion or suggestion or probably just sharing my horrible experience with you guys.

I actually book the previous model M3 1.6 Sedan back on the 18th Feb, yea it took me a while to finally decide for an upgrade from my old car as i kinda prefer the previous look and the 5+5 is really a great offer not to miss and the pricing still fits my pocket. So I finally made up my mind and actually back then a few dealers do accept orders cos i was a bit worried at first when new model was announced, but heck, they promise they still can book and may only need a bit of waiting time which is 1-1.5month, so for the love of it i decided to wait, and then thats when things turns sour.

After a month of wait, they called up and informed me that there will be delay of delivery by probably another 2-3 weeks, by saying that the stock is in but just pending for allocation. So i eagerly waited for another 2weeks, then in early April, they drop me another bomb, saying that there's some delay n waiting for assembly, and this time they PROMISED to be delivered in early May.

I was already very angered by that time, then again since May is my birthday hence i just thought perhaps it's a bday gift for myself for this year, n that's before the biggest bomb dropped to me last friday 25th April, just the very day before i fly off for my short break!!!

What's worst???!! They go and tell me that Japan HQ actually ordered that all assembly for M3 to be cancelled, literally means that i wont be getting my car AT ALL!!!! I was damn pissed and that's when i drove right to Bermaz Gelnmarie and question CRM about it. And guess what?? THERE IS NO ORDER AT ALL about stopping M3 production, especially for 1.6 model until the new model gets into CKD production. Just that currently Bermaz are facing delay and delivery issue due to production schedule failure to cope (for both CX5 + M3), at least Bermaz admits that and actually encourage me to write in to management hoping management will pressure to do something about it.

I know sometimes delay in delivery happens but for i never expect to have such horrible experience with Mazda, and especially from my sales person who doesnt event seem to care fight for the sales while instead fill me up with all sorts of EXCUSES and LIES!!!

And this is not my first bad experience with the dealer (Advant Speed at Tmn Megah) cos last year when i called and arranged for test drive, once i told them i b visiting other car showrooms as well right away the young punk (forgot his name) ask me to do the test drive else where, n just offer him the best rate others could offer me cos he 'assume' that the last one i asked will always be the lowest rate...this is utmost ridiculous!!! cos anyone can arrange test drive at EVERY showroom as long as they want to cause that's what Customer Service is all about - a good treatment will get the sales, NOT always the rates.

Anyway I'm pretty disappointed with my experience and i do hope if anyone of you hav any contacts/suggestions or lubang to lock down the purchase. Yea call me stupid cos i'm just crazily in love with the M3 and i do not wanna waste since already waited so long and before my car loan application expires.

Hope i can be a Mazda OWNER and join u guys, n WAS NOT just a M3 BUYER....sigh~~

Anyone opted for RM2k instead of leather seat? Did u receive the the cheque yet?

I received my M3 on 14/2/14 and opted for RM2k on 11/3/14. Its been almost 2 months (3 months since car received) until now still have not received the cheque. Im becoming impatient with BERMAZ already.

Any insight will be great. Thanks in advance.

He is one of the first few owners, so the free leather seat promo wasnt out yet when he got the car. They complained to Bermaz that why the first batch of owners didnt get the free leather seats and they eventually got it.

went to GS today for installing:
1) the leather seats with red stiching
2) duck tail spoiler
3) blue LED door sill plate

almost RM1K gone   

Reverse camera, they said need to wait CKD version....meaning CKD spec has this?? 

how much is the led door sill? can snap some pic wif light on?
i'm interested, passenger door step scratched !!! 
hope it can cover the scratches...

Not sure is it the best product, but i can feel slighlty quiet for engine sound..when i stop the car i touch the bonnet also not feeling extreamly hot..still touchable..

But pls make sure the LED door sill must have  new MAZDA3 logo typeface (bottom pix).....which is  not in the market yet.

i prefer the right 1, don't really like LED, later either 1 burn in future then headache...

i also might afraid will end up like you, that's why i haven't pay visit to GS yet...

HI guys I have a couple of questions if someone can assist:

Been using my M3 for a couple of months now got it in March and the issues i faced:

1) FC = Average is 11.2 but on a full tank it only goes up to 420-430km. is this normal? the tank is 52lit le

2) I also had the screen blackout once and after the software update by the SC in puchong I notice the Istop is behaving erratic . Meaning it use to stop and wont start till i let go the brek or lever to D. But now it doesn't matter what i do it starts back all of sudden not minding its in N or brakes are ON.
Any ideas?
