 Can't connect to America region

Apparently, I can't connect to America region in these few days. I can connect to ASIA and EU Diablo server, but just not America.

I am using mobile broadband (Umobile) to play Diablo 3.

If anyone here know to how solve this, please help me.

I encountered the same problem as you when I use u mobile broadband to play. I only can log in to asia and europe server but not US. When I tried with my maxis phone data, I can log in to US server without any problem. I already filed a report to u mobile and still waiting for their investigation.

So, what do you wrote for the Umobile report? I am thinking to file a report too regarding this matter but I don't know what should I write in the report.. Also, where do you submit the report to?

I heard that it is probably due to the damaged of undersea cable which affected the connection.

Wow, that is really sucks. Why America Server is the one that got affected? I am willingly to trade the EU login for US login any time, any day.

So, I guess there is nothing that Umobile can do in this matter even if I filed a report to them. Apparently, they seem don't care as I haven't receive a word from them.

What should I do now?It seems this issue won't be able to solved in a short time. Is there any broadband that as good as Umobile out there for me to subscribe? I don't really like the idea to play at cyber cafe...and damn TMnet for not putting their server in my house area.

I sent an email to them asking for updates regarding my case and they told me that they are still in the midst of investigating. Temporarily I only can play using my maxis data from my phone, but can't play for long time because phone will get heat up easily cry.gif cry.gif
