Can't connect to America region

I encountered the same problem as you when I use u mobile broadband to play. I only can log in to asia and europe server but not US. When I tried with my maxis phone data, I can log in to US server without any problem. I already filed a report to u mobile and still waiting for their investigation.

I submit my report here
http://www.u.com.my/support-contact I told them about my situation where I cant log in to battlenet using umobile broadband but manage to do that using maxis data. But until now still dun have any update on my report yet. |

I heard that it is probably due to the damaged of undersea cable which affected the connection.
