Anyway... The bad performance due to location... Surrounding is nothing... Just malay kampong and workshops...

But if the price drop until worth buy level... Sure people will buy

at the original price, when went into this building, just Speechless. thought i was in a mid cost.

yes, there is absolutely nothing within walking distance here. last month still did not see any open shops too.

Actually I got few properties which less than 300m walking distance or direct connected... But this kind of property many buyers are investors and not many owners will stay there... So the property will become run down and full of lower class tenants... That will drag down the subsale value... But rental should be no problem...

True, with current oversupply situation. This kind of high end property in transit area might be stuck, cannot sell low n cannot rent high.
