This project is just by the side of Taman Cuepacs MRT.

MKH still so gungho about their Saville series.

This area is not so easy for redevelopment. Time will take its pace and that the MRT will be the catalyst.

Casa Green is special case lah. Is a half "DBKL-related" project.

O'Hako also special case lah. How often you get a Japanese developer builds in Malaysia? But maincon will be Malaysian.
