Yes as expected attracted 9 bidders just now.
Sold at 534k.
Last month can win unchallenge at 513k but nobody interested. As usual haha. Ada fight then only puas hati.

U sure can do partition? The toilet are for the other 2 rooms. After u do partition, there’s 3 rooms for 1 small toilet.

The living and dinning area are 2x the size of the smallest bedroom. Space opportunity is there.

Toilet wise it is an inconvenience.
Suitable for a big family with this budget.
Suitable also to be a hostel for shift workers.

One thing, a quiet fact about this project is that, it has the shortest distance from its building to MRT tapping gate (yes MRT tapping gate) amongst all Cheras properties.

Facing main road means facing sunset..
Sound wave from vehicles is also expected..
Slight drawback.

Two extra rooms partitioning means sacrificing a lot of light. But worth as a hostel.

Overall l think it is a good auction price to bid..

Those with this pricing level don't use mrt. Use mrt cannot pay this kind of rentals. So, other factor involve ie surrounding environment n holding power
