if u wanna get better carpark space then u gotta buy higher floors. The higher the floor the better the carpark. Highest floor will get the best carpark. No need to spiral much. Maybe get to park at covered ground floor. Its all factored into d price.

The sales kinda same as above photos shown not much sales as per today. Dunno why, the bbb mode is not there.

went to the sales gallery just now... quite alot of ppl was there but not sure if they are buying. By way the its in front of Seri Raya Station... not Taman cuepacs. Wonder why their website stated as Taman Cuepacs.

Earlier the station was named Taman Cuepacs station.
Later it has been renamed as Sri Raya.

BBB mode oledi lost stem.... project even link to MRt also difficult to sell...

also i think no wow factor or usp. mrt projects are aplenty even in cheras. too standard looking and feeling.

PROPERTY developer MKH Bhd will be launching its Saville freehold mixed development in Cheras this weekend.

The developer says nothing beats the convenience of living in a mixed development integrated with a MRT station, where everything that matters is right at your doorstep.

Following the successful launches of the Saville series of high-rise residential projects, Saville Cheras is set to be the company’s next mixed development project with connectivity and amenities right on the doorstep.

The 43-storey of mixed-use development on two acres of freehold land in Cheras with a gross development value of RM307mil comprises a mix of 352 serviced apartments and 62 retail shops with over 1,000 parking bays.

Since this is Sgor, anyone knows the foreigner's entry price for this place? 1 mil? 2mil? Or others?

if commercial property its over rm3.0m for foreigners to buym if its residential foreigner are only allowed to buy strata title above rm1.0m.

Sales chart as at this afternoon. Small units 1,100 sq ft all sapu liau. Mainly the medium and big size units left. Looks like its an investment hotbed for this cheras project.
