News : Redefining convenience 2015 Jul 04 New development features integration with MRT PROPERTY developer MKH Bhd will be launching its Saville freehold mixed development in Cheras this weekend. The developer says nothing beats the convenience of living in a mixed development integrated with a MRT station, where everything that matters is right at your doorstep. Following the successful launches of the Saville series of high-rise residential projects, Saville Cheras is set to be the company’s next mixed development project with connectivity and amenities right on the doorstep. The 43-storey of mixed-use development on two acres of freehold land in Cheras with a gross development value of RM307mil comprises a mix of 352 serviced apartments and 62 retail shops with over 1,000 parking bays.
