i think the price will be at least RM550 psf... you vista selling RM600 psf (after discount)....green residence RM500 psf (after discount and freebies).

the concept is very similar to you vista, both oso services apartment, with link bridge o MRT. jz tat you vista is mixdevelopment with you residence, you walk, you festival... saville @ cheras is stand alone development. density wise. 700+ unit in you vista vs 300+ in saville cheras.

Only 300+ units.. very good. Low unit number always good. Look like this one better than pjd you and ekocheras. More suitable for family stay. Worth to 6c6c. Times for whack whack whack again?

youvista is mix development. big land but also high density + mall and commercial below.. macam their endah promenade. with PJD their lousy skill to manage the mall. may become jialat mall.
not everyone cup of tea. especially with family.

this project only 300units +. not pigeon hole unit. look like good for family stay. 1-3 stations further only still ok geh. location maybe lose to youvista. but some people rather have this kind of surrounding rather than macam youvista bising clubbing surrounding.

I live in Batu 9 now. Since I was wonder where got empty land there, I check out Google map. Now I realised in the area of station construction now is filled with used car dealers, car workshops, etc. Seems like the land owner can easily sell this land and get rid of these temporary workshops & shops. Just a guess.

Otherwise, the rest of area in the vicinity of the MRT station is already taman2 perumahan.

called to developer, they said don't know when launch, but most probably this year.. I think the price should be higher than 550 psf... bcz the MKH boulevard at kajang are selling RM570 psf now... kajang oso need 570 psf leh my friend, wat u think batu 9? at least 650 psf.

Wah ini memang syok price. Maybe only 300+ unit. Not many beside mrt station with low density development.

Location consider east middle of cheras.

I think they will set the price macam eko. Maybe rm700+-psf perhaps...kakaka. Jialat liao. Meat no more...Masih ada tulang telan?

oh knew this project last nite, thanks to Mr.Patrick team.

Park here first for latest news. Perhaps good for investment if priced lower than Youcity&EkoCheras. Pray notworthy.gif
if they have smaller unit like 800-900sf the best for rental. =D
