yup, I got the same problem,while running gears of war.

and one of the japanese version won't even want to run the gow disc...

hm.

today tested on all the 3 rings of death console.

the japanese (no matter how I put gears of war disc.. it won;t boot)

other games I tried no problem. but after 2 - 3 hours of gaming.. (lost planet, open season) it went dead again.. but again.. I'm not too worried.. I can revive it back again laugh.gif

2nd console.. going good so far..

3rd console which I "cooked" until it so steamy hot. (I mea realy hot.. you can really felt the "heatwave")

tested today whole day. running lost planet~ no problem laugh.gif

you need delicated hands... a mini plyer to unhook the look (bottom from the motherboard)

if you really don't know how to do .. like me.. (you will bend the mobo.. thus.. said bye bye to xbox 360 laugh.gif )

yup, you have to use that and "bend if off from the hook" but be very careful not bending it too hard.. or you might breack the mobo like me.. laugh.gif

two machine has been tested on GEars of War and no problem so far...

but got one unit the lan port can't seems to work already..

don't know I 'over steam" might cause of the effect... I guess

Well Electronics products sometime does have this kinda problem...
now ok... but after jus a few minutes the problem come..

voltage regulator are somehow can't seems to make the 3 rod go away~. 3 rod are very very wierd problem that had to be fix.

most common I find is the power brick. others are overheat... another lead to unkwon reason

woah~ reballing all the GPU pins and even the mobo~ thats some freaking hard work~. and you need superb soldering skill to do that and equipment of course
