cant consider it to be waste, cz when bring to DX cam, oso can use at 11mm.. besides, a sigma 14mm fixed also cost the same. and rmb, it's aperture is f2.8 which is better than nikon 16-35 f4.
during D7000 time, i do own the tokina 11-16mm then when change to D600, i also keep it for "short" time and later i change it to the nikon 18-35 f3.5-4.5 that is more usable range.
consider those manual focus lens la...due to wide angle huge DOF, basically all object in front of u will be in focus (if cost is an issue la)
I took this last night on bulb mode, but it didn't quite turn out what I'd expected - especially the stars-shaped lights. I'd like to achieve something like this: http://ppcdn.500px.org/9413955/22dc5acdb4a...e87ebbe7f/5.jpg Please can you advise how I can achieve that? Thanks a lot.
good if u can provide more info of that picture so that we can know better about it to get star light, basically u can add in a star filter or just set ur aperture smaller. or last but not least post processing.
After very long struggling....finally decide to sell off my D600 that most of the time rest in the dry box. will keep all of the lens for the moment and might return with others body. hopefully...

Ahh, that's sad huhu What lenses do you have bro? haha he will be back Nikon just need to come up with something sweet, especially its mirrorless lines of cameras
currently will keep the lens at the moment...in case the body no ppl interesting...will still continue use it. forsee all the lens will sell faster than the body..
the d750 for me is more like replacement for D610 but they cant name it as D650 as replacement model for D610... because ho...next time if the D600 user that keep on send their camera for shutter replacement due to the dust/oil issue and the problem cant solve...they will get new replacement model.
quote from the Nikon service advisory "However, if a number of multiple granular dust spots are still noticeable in images captured with a D600 upon which the above service has been performed several times, Nikon will replace it with a new D600 or an equivalent model."
