There is fb group where few seller sell oem/fake ec.
When i ask that seller is it oem. They ask me back what is oem. They didnt mention whether is oem or ori. Quite annoying when saw the oem ec product such as solace below 100, black ops 100. Some more they didnt know about pebble product. I think they might be victim of tangkergadet too. I ask they to read this thread for their own goods |

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ May 6 2014, 11:33 AM) OH! ok hahah cause you mentioned 2 layers "on" the screen therefore reading it literally, the screen is not being included as one of the layers.strange though, despite the fact that the iPhone also uses Gorilla Glass but it seems that the one on the iPhone is more fragile. I've seen my friend who dropped his iPhone 5 on tarmac (waist level), the entire screen got shattered. I also so unfortunately dropped my Lumia 800 on the same surface and same level but only found some very minor scratches on the screen and only the edge of the right screen got chipped a little =( sometimes, it leads me to believe that the iPhone doesn't house a Gorilla Glass =( |

Try dropping at the same spot as your friend and see if it breaks... as u know, despite being the same tarmac design, the composition might be different.. that y sometimes, it breaks while sometimes it survived.. strange though, despite the fact that the iPhone also uses Gorilla Glass but it seems that the one on the iPhone is more fragile. And don't forget the angle of the drop. Lumia have a more rounded edge at the screen compared to iPhone. And glass weak point is the edge.

Sebab xsemua org tau lyn ni Im in one of group fb for apple product, they didnt even know about pebble. Most of them. Some more, about lifeproof they dont know at all. Then got few seller sell catalyst casing below 100 i think. The buyer didnt know is ori or oem. As long cheap, they buy. Same goes to element case they sold in that group. Keep on asking what is that what is this but dont to do homework. Haiyaaa |

What do you guys think if buying oem product that will bring risk to your iphone?
Let say waterproof case. Buy oem one coz ori is expensive. For me, dont want buy original product because expensive. But why do you bought original iphone, why dont you buy iphone clone since its cheaper. Do you get me? |

QUOTE(lisahasan @ May 7 2014, 12:07 PM) What do you guys think if buying oem product that will bring risk to your iphone? Many share your sentiment and I think we all get you. Why not go that extra mile to buy a proper case for the iPhone since you have already splurge a fortune for the iPhone itselfLet say waterproof case. Buy oem one coz ori is expensive. BUT the thing is this, many here also is on the view that since they have already splurged a fortune for the iPhone then they should cut back on the protectors etc. To many, screen protectors and casings are secondary protection, the first layer of protection should be yourself being extremely careful but no matter how careful one can be, accidents always happens. My view is that if you intend to purchase a normal casing just to prevent your iPhone from customary scratches and bumps then OEM casings will do just as good BUT if you are looking for specialty cases such as waterproof then it's definitely not worth risking buying OEM. If you purchase the casing from the original manufacturer then in the event of any defects in the casing which causes your iPhone to suffer damages then there is a probability that you may raise a claim against them however if you purchased it from an OEM then, too bad. The casing I am using now for my iPhone 5s is a duplicate of the SGP ulltra thin soft clear casing and it only costs me RM8.00 whereas the original one will costs me at least RM90.00. i cannot find the justification on spending almost RM100.00 for a casing which will only provides protection for scratches.
